Life Becomes So Much Easier Once You Realize This One Truth, That…

No matter how hard life gets — and dear almighty in the unknown, life will NOT get harder; it just IS HARD — it is important to keep on keeping on.
Because life will never get easier…we just get stronger.
Perhaps one of the most hindering reasons that I hear from many people as to why they fall into depression, anxiety, frustration, insecurity, invalidations of ones’ own unique individual self is the idea that most people see hard times in life as an end.
They see hard times as an immovable wall that is on their path to success.
They see hard times as an unclimbable obstacle.
Hard times confront them, and when it does, most people capitulate their hopes, dreams, and aspirations because adversity stares them in the face, and they become frozen in fear.
Or…
They may have met a toxic person who came into their lives and kicked them down from the heights of their scaling endeavors to a pit of confusion and has left them there broken, bruised and battered.
“How did I get here” is often the question that many people ask themselves.
We have all been kicked down in life by the uncertainty and irrationality of the world.
This is not something unique to one group of people, one sex, or one nation.
Hard times meet us ALL in this experience called life. Whether you are black or white. Westerner or Easterner. Male or female. Gay or straight.
Or whatever.
Hard times meet us all.
And although the catalyst for the hard times that meet us differ (as they should — as we all have our own path in life), the solution to these hard times IS THE SAME.
