Why I Ghost Toxic People & Love When They Ghost Me

I have been coming across many articles and Youtube videos of people talking about how cruel, mean, and childish it is to “ghost” someone, EVEN if narcissists.
Many people see this as a cowardly and childish thing to do — and I find this perplexing, as I don't think toxic people, narcissists, and entitled kidults deserve a “Hey, I am breaking up with you and for these reasons.”
Not only does telling these parasitic people you are breaking up with them going to fuel their insanity and make them probably lash out at you and attack you, but it will also give them time to think of a plan, on the spot, to try and keep you in their proximity.
These people are untenable.
You are not going to be able to reason with them and have them say, “I get why you are leaving me.”
For irrational people such as toxic people, the only thing they want is devastation, drama, and chaos.
And this is why I say to GHOST THE HELL OUT OF THEM.
Ghosting Will Save Your Life
Narcissists will never come close to anything, looking remotely as closure.
Closure means that they are cutting all ties and access to you/us, their TOYS and SUPPLY — and because many narcissist and toxic people are nothing more than just addicts (they are addicted to people), cutting off a supply is like asking a drug addict to go cold turkey without the rehab clinic behind them forcing it on them.
THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
The reason I advocate ghosting and why I DO NOT FEEL BAD when I do it, nor should you, is because it does several things to the toxic person, such as:
- Makes them doubt their worth
- It hurts them emotionally and even physically
- Reminds them of how WORTHLESS they are
- GIVES YOU THE POWER OVER YOUR LIFE AGAIN.
